Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Recuerdo Mezcal 5 Special Edition
- 2 oz grapefruit juice
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 4 basil leaves
- 3 drops of orange and cardamom bitters
- Ice
Instructions:
- Dry shake all the ingredients, except the bitters.
- Shake again with ice.
- Serve in an old-fashioned glass with ice.
- Top with the bitters.
